Request the service by PRE ALERT or at any SwiftPac Office. Invoice Must be provided.

* We will open and check TV for physical damage. Certify inspected by one of our professional staff.
* TV will then be packed with protective material and shipped to you.
GUARANTEE
* If the TV suffers physical damage during shipping, we will replace the Full Cost of the TV + Shipping.
* At inspection, if TV is found to be damaged, customer will be notified so TV can be returned to supplier.

This is SwiftPac Insurance for TV. Television will NOT BE insured under SwiftPac Regular Package Insurance. If TV is not insured with TV Protect and is damaged on arrival at destination, SwiftPac cannot be held liable for such damage. Verification Process for Online Credit Card Payment Before In-House Package Collection.

 


Card Payment & Package Collection Guidelines

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, all credit card payments must be fully verified before packages can be collected. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and timely collection process.


When the Cardholder Is Collecting the Package

Customers collecting packages paid for by card must:

  • Ensure payment is fully completed and confirmed (receipt, email, or SMS confirmation).

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Ensure the name on the ID matches the cardholder name used for payment.

  • Be able to confirm the last four (4) digits of the credit card used.

  • Have no outstanding invoices on their account.

Packages will only be released once all information is verified.


When a Third Party Paid Using Their Card

If someone else paid for your package using their card, the following is required:

  • Payment confirmation (receipt, email, or SMS).

  • Authorization from the cardholder, including:

    • Cardholder’s full name.

    • Copy of the cardholder’s government-issued ID.

    • A signed authorization form (physical or electronic).

  • Verification of the last four (4) digits of the card used.

  • No outstanding invoices on the customer’s account.

Packages will only be released after successful verification.


When a Proxy Is Collecting on Behalf of the Customer

If another person is collecting your package:

  • Prior written authorization from the cardholder or account owner is required.

  • The authorized collector must present:

    • Government-issued photo ID.

    • Authorization letter or email.

  • The collector must sign the collection receipt at pickup.

Packages will not be released without proper authorization and ID verification.


Important Security Notices

Packages will not be released if:

  • ID does not match the cardholder name.

  • Payment is pending, failed, or under review.

  • Required authorization is missing.

  • ID is refused at collection.

Any suspicious activity may result in delayed release while verification is completed.
