HOW To Request
Request the service by PRE ALERT or at any SwiftPac Office. Invoice Must be provided.
WHAT we Offer
* We will open and check TV for physical damage. Certify inspected by one of our professional staff.
* TV will then be packed with protective material and shipped to you.
GUARANTEE
* If the TV suffers physical damage during shipping, we will replace the Full Cost of the TV + Shipping.
* At inspection, if TV is found to be damaged, customer will be notified so TV can be returned to supplier.
TERMS of Service

This is SwiftPac Insurance for TV. Television will NOT BE insured under SwiftPac Regular Package Insurance. If TV is not insured with TV Protect and is damaged on arrival at destination, SwiftPac cannot be held liable for such damage. NOTE: This service is not a guarantee of TV functionality and does not check for functions of the unit.
