I signed up for an account in June and placed an order on the same night. The process from signing up to collection was seamless. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Amazing service

I really have to give Swif the good credit that they deserve. After joining for a good few months now, I have been accessing the service and its operations. I am impressed. They are very reliable don’t disappoint, if they do, its with good explanation. They seem to have well-mannered and very pleasant customer service persons answering the phone. That is a huge plus. The classic attempt at good service delivery was for me 23 Dec 21. I went to pick up 2 packages. The collection line was so long I was sure I would be there for hours before I got my packages. No no, it did not work that way. The management and staff got involved in serving the waiting customers and did everything to ensure that the customers were served in good time. I was shocked!! at how quickly the long lines disappeared. I left there in less than an hour. Fully satisfied that up to this point, this company is serious about given good reliable customer service. Well done, SwiftPac. Keep the good service going. Don’t stop now.

I was an aeropost diehard

I was an aeropost diehard customer but recently wasn’t receiving proper service there so I switched to swift Pac so far the few times I have dealt with the staff I had an excellent interaction. Service was prompt and seamless, Staff are more professional than my former, now am trying premium to have consolidation and see how that works ..will update.

The swiftpac service is indeed

The swiftpac service is indeed one of the greatest. My only issue is monitoring my packages. Some packages show up on the site as not yet delivered and have already been delivered. Some also say in transit and is already at destination. That’s my only issue

I visited the Worthing branch today to inquire about the status of a package. I was assisted by Claire who was very pleasant, taking the time to check on my package and inform me of when I should expect it. Keep the good work up Claire!
