I really have to give Swif the good credit that they deserve. After joining for a good few months now, I have been accessing the service and its operations. I am impressed. They are very reliable don’t disappoint, if they do, its with good explanation. They seem to have well-mannered and very pleasant customer service persons answering the phone. That is a huge plus. The classic attempt at good service delivery was for me 23 Dec 21. I went to pick up 2 packages. The collection line was so long I was sure I would be there for hours before I got my packages. No no, it did not work that way. The management and staff got involved in serving the waiting customers and did everything to ensure that the customers were served in good time. I was shocked!! at how quickly the long lines disappeared. I left there in less than an hour. Fully satisfied that up to this point, this company is serious about given good reliable customer service. Well done, SwiftPac. Keep the good service going. Don’t stop now.
