Shipping USPS: (United States Posting Service) On occasions USPS may indicate that your package was delivered, however you did not get a notification from SwiftPac. It is normal for USPS to mark your package as DELIVERED when it arrives at Post Office that is responsible to delivering it to our warehouse. We strongly recommend that when shipping expensive items such as electronics you choose the 'signature option'. There have been instances in some zip codes where expensive items were mis-delivered to incorrect addresses. Without the signature option, it is much more difficult to track such devices.
